How You Benefit
For those who want to reduce the cost of services provided at a doctor's office,
the physician network can really make a difference the next time you or a family
member make a visit to one of the 500,000 participating physician locations. Our
members will get discounted pricing on their office visit as well as most of the
services or treatments performed. While the contract arrangements vary widely,
the savings that our members can receive is up to 60%* off doctor's normal
charges.
The physician network comprises over 500,000 physician locations, including
general practitioners, as well as, specialists. If your physician is not in the
network, you may submit their name and they will be contacted by the network.
This is not an insurance program, but a discount program under which members can
receive a discount on their participating physician's bill that they are
normally responsible to pay in full at the time of service. There is no special
paperwork to fill out. You and any eligible family member may use this valuable
discount program as often as needed.
How To Use Your Program

the physician program number in your membership kit to locate a participating
provider

an appointment

Present your card...and save!
The personnel at the doctor's office will follow instructions on the back of
your Member ID Card to discount your bill to give you your reduced pricing.
(Note: In order to receive the reduced pricing, you must pay the discounted
amount at the time of service.)
