How To Use Your Program
To receive assistance services you must call MEDJETSelect at the phone number listed in your membership kit prior to incurring any costs associated with services listed above. In addition you will need to provide proof of current Participation status including your name, member number and group number.
IF HOSPITALIZED WHILE TRAVELING, OR IN NEED OF MEDICAL CONSULTATION, HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AVAILABLE WHEN YOU CALL MEDJETSelect:
- Your name, member id#, and telephone number where MEDJETSelect can call you back.
- Member's name and / or identification number
- Location (city, country, etc.)
- Brief description of medical condition
- Hospital telephone number
- Attending physician or medical professional and telephone number
