up to 30%*, from participating hospitals and participating ancillary facilities.
How To Use Your Program
Call the hospital program number in your membership kit. A Case Manager will
assist in coordinating Providers (when necessary) and obtaining an estimate of
fees for the proposed procedure(s).
Members may be
required to secure payment with a major credit card or health insurance plan, if
any. Some situations may require a bank wire transfer of funds or certified
funds prior to a referral being issued. In some states members may be required
to make a minimum deposit to the hospital for each day scheduled for in-patient
hospital services. (Deposit will be applied against total bill.)
* Savings
vary by individual facility contract agreements. National average hospital
discount is 18 % on Outpatient care and 17% on Inpatient care (up to 3% in CT
and MD). Actual savings may vary. Total savings depend on type and extent of
services received from a participating provider.
