• Members also save 30%* on all other services with unlimited access to care and no limits on the number of visits.

How To Use Your Program

1. To find a participating chiropractor in your area look at the Provider List included in your membership kit, click on "Provider Search" on this website, or call the chiropractic program number in your membership kit.
2. Identify yourself as a program participant (using the identifier in your membership kit) when you make your appointment.
3. You must show your Member ID Card to the provider at the time of your visit and pay the bill to receive the discount.
